TK24 CNG
Fuelling Nozzle for CNG refuelling of buses and trucks to be connected and disconnected under pressure (DN 12 mm)
The TK24 CNG fuelling nozzle features ‚push to connect‘ jaw locking system. The locking sleeve does not have to be pulled back in order to make a connection which means that the connector is very easy to use. The hand grip is availabe in 90° configurations, this feature can help to prevent stresses on the hose. Refuelling is carried out by simply pushing the TK24 CNG onto the receptacle, opening the integrated ball valve until fuelling is complete, closing the ball valve, venting the residual gas and pulling back the sleeve to disconnect.
Optionally type TK24 CNG is also available with integrated gas recirculation.
All products are made of high-quality materials. The TK24 CNG is made of corrosion-resistant material and with plastic thermal protection of the hand grip. Difficult-to-access receptacles can be easily refuelled due to the extended construction of the integrated TK22 CNG nozzle. WEH-jaws grip symmetrically avoiding damage of the receptacle profile which could cause leakage.
Application
CNG fast filling of buses and trucks only to be used with WEH TN5 receptacle.
Operation only by specially trained service personnel. Not for self-service operation.
