The fully automatic, hydraulically driven dry ice pelletizer A55P is a compact, powerful and versatile machine for the production of dry ice. Four different sizes of dry ice pellets can be produced for dry ice blasting and cooling purposes. With an output capacity of 55 kg dry ice pellets per hour, the dry ice pelletizer A55P provides flexibility and quality for a medium-sized dry ice operation. This makes this pelletizer perfect for end users who wish to establish their own in-house dry ice production and allows gas companies to cover a wider geographic area with their fresh dry ice service by means of smaller production centres.

The ASCO dry ice pelletizer P600 is the most compact, high-capacity pelletizer available for the production of high density dry ice pellets.

The P600 is fully equipped with snow tower, 6 CO2 liquid injectors, switchboard, snow pressing chamber in stainless steel, complete hydraulic system with all necessary controls and equipment such as pump, oil tank, high pressure hoses, dry ice outlet chute, stop plug for scale connection, aluminium frame, painted metallic cupboard, panels around parts of the machine. Possibility to produce other pellet diameters by manually replacement of the pellet extruder plate. The machine is factory pretested.

The semi-automatic dry ice block machine type B207 is a fully Proface TM PLC controlled and supervised hydraulically driven unit.

Our standard dry ice machine B207 is producing a slice with a dimension of 210 x 125 x 20 mm which is normally used for the air catering. It is also possible to produce other thicknesses up to 25 mm by manual adjustment of the snow injection time. Other slice dimensions are available on request.

The automatic dry ice block and pellet machine type BP407-S7 is a fully Siemens PLC controlled and supervised hydraulic driven unit.

Our standard dry ice machine BP407-S7 is producing a slice with a dimension of 210 x 125 x 20 mm which is normally used for the airline catering. It is also possible to produce additional 9 different thicknesses up to 60 mm thickness. Other slice dimensions are available on request.
