The compact ASCO CO2-Cartridge / Cylinder filling system HH110AS is designed for easy and accurate filling of small high pressure CO2-cartridges or small cylinders from standard high pressure liquid CO2-cylinders.

The ASCO CO2 cylinder filling system type LH800AR Twin Fill has been designed to accurately fill CO2 cylinders by weight. Two filling stands and twin fill control box are included as standard.

The ASCO CO2 Cylinder filling system LH800AR and filling computer ASCOMATIC K4 has been developed as a universal unit to accurately fill high pressure CO2 cylinders by weight. The filling rate is 800 kg/hr and the filling pressure is up to 130 bar. This system comprises of a low to high pressure liquid CO2 transfer pump LH800AR , two ASCOMATIC K4 electronic weighing indicators with weighing platforms, filling stands and Quick connect filling heads and twin fill control box.

The system can be extended by adding another ASCOMATIC K4 and twin fill control box to reach the maximum filling capacity of 800 kg/hr.

The ASCO CO2 cylinder filling system LH800MRC has been designed to manually fill CO2 cylinders.

The ASCO CO2 cylinder filling system type LH800MRC (manual revert compact) comprises of a low to high pressure liquid CO2 pump with a capacity of 800 kg/hr, a filling head plus a stand for the filling head and filling hose. Optionally available is a set of scales SK160.

The ASCO CO2 cylinder filling system type LH1000AR Twin fill has been designed to accurately fill CO2 cylinders by weight. Two filling stands and Twin fill control box are included as standard.

ASCO CO2 cylinder manifold systems are complete with pressure reducing valve station RV100 and cylinder support racks and assure a continuous CO2 gas supply. Four different sizes of cylinder manifold systems are standardly available, other sizes available on request.
