Advanced flow process
We invented the unique flow process of separate circulation which is our patent which differs from the traditional process which H2 separator and O2 separator are connected at bottom through pipeline, the alkaline solution being poured into the electrolyser then is mixed with the gas. In THE generator, the alkaline solutions with O2 and H2 are completely separated then higher purity of H2 and O2 are available.

FDQ H2 generation unit by water electrolysis 
THE invented the technology of FDQ circulation flow process of water electrolysis and using it solely, the characteristic of this technology is that hydrogen electrolyte and oxygen electrolyte circulated separately: hydrogen electrolyte pumped into hydrogen cell directly, oxygen electrolyte pumped into oxygen cell directly, and therefore to get higher purity of hydrogen and oxygen gas.

PSA H2 generation unit
Separate hydrogen gas with other impurities to generate hydrogen from feed gas which containing hydrogen with method of pressure swing adsorption (PSA ). The separation process occurs in adsorption tower, there,the adsorbent adsorbs impurities and at the same time hydrogen in feed gas passes through the tower to supply users.
When the adsorbent is saturated with impurities,it must be regenerated. The regenerations is achieved by the method of changing the pressure of regeneration tower.
The advantages of hydrogen generation technology of PSA:
Less investment ,low running cost, high capacity.

The hydrogen generation technology with methanol decomposition developed by Tianjin mainland hydrogen equipment co., Ltd (THE ) is on the basis of absorbing advanced technics from internal and international, use patent pre-activated catalyst, by this way the flow process is simple and the running cost at the initial stage is lowered.
The user can choice the flow process of PSA or CO2 absorption to generate hydrogen according to required hydrogen purity.

The parameters of FDQ hydrogen generator such as pressure, pressure difference, temperature and feed water are controlled automatically. Cell pressure high, cell temperature high, electrolyte flow low, H2 separator level high and low, O2 separator level high and low are alarm and shutdown perimeters. The hydrogen generator operating pressure can be regulated between 0.5MPa and system its rated pressure. Hydrogen capacity can be regulated from 50% to 110%.
Gas purification equipment are switchover regenerated and drain automatically.
