LC-300 SF6 Liquefaction Reclamation(Gas Filling) Device
One. Functions and uses:
LC series SF6 gas reclamation and filling device is mainly used in power transmission engineering company, electric power plant, extra-high voltage transformer substation and SF6 electrical appliances switches manufacturers etc., it is adopted as an auxiliary equipment in installation, debugging and maintenance of SF6 electrical appliances, such as GCBP, GCBT and GIS etc.
For the electrical appliances mentioned above, the device can be used for vacuum pumping, reclamation and purification (remove the super scale water, oil and dirt etc.), and it can also be used in vacuum pumping and reclamation of other rare gases.

Two. Features:
1. Pumping SF6 gas from SF6 equipments.
2. Making the pumped gas liquefaction and storage.
3. Pumping the air and water after the maintenance of SF6 equipments.
4. Recycling, drying and purifying the stored SF6 gas.
5. Gasifying the stored SF6 gas and transporting to SF6 equipments.
6. Vacuum pumping the gas reclamation and storing tank as well as the pipeline system.
7. Transporting the liquefied SF6 among gas bottle, storing tank and outer storing tank.
8. It has adopted international advanced frozen liquefaction method, which will reduce the working pressure of system and improve the working efficiency of reclamation.
9. Equipped with the dry filter with the regeneration function, the water content will be less than 10PPM(volume ratio)
10. It can fill the SF6 gas into steel bottle after its liquefaction, the storing capacity of standard will not less than 300Kg.
11. Processing diagram is shown on the operation panel, easy and clear operation.
12. 3-phase power supply in electric system can be confirmed and adjusted automatically without phase change.
13. Wind-cooling and mobile type is adopted; the machine can work without water resources.
